VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR MOBILE CUSTOMERS WITH EUROPEAN CALLS PACK.

Today (08/03/2024) we have been notified by our mobile provider that since 01/03/2024 all calls to and from United Kingdom (including roaming data and SMS usage on UK territory) are considered Zone 2. Right now our legal team is viciously fighting with legal of our mobile provider about the fact that we are notified about this change with more than 1 week delay instead of normal 30 days upfront. Unfortunately for right now it means that THESE CHANGES ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, and any additional costs on this matter will be on the customers since 08/03/2024. We are also looking at writing-off additional costs that have been accumulated since 01/03/2024 related to this matter.

We are also discussing matters with a different provider of mobile services related to UK with unlimited calls pack. This will take some time to implement though.
